➢ Pick up trash, glasses, and litter in or out of work area
➢ Acknowledge and respond to customers immediately ➢ Provide fast, friendly service to customers ➢ Explain and encourage Total Reward participation ➢ Answer questions about Harrah’s facilities and services ➢ Utilize “server banking” to complete alcohol sales ➢ Present checks to the guest, accepts payment and gives change when necessary ➢ Present the beverage order to the bartender and writes check properly while waiting for the beverage to be prepared ➢ Establish and endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code ofĬommitment and Mission, Vision and Values JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Keep assigned areas clean and empty of glasses, cups, bottles, and dishes, while constantly look for service opportunities and follow all Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort safety and operating procedures. Provide timely beverage and food service in a friendly and courteous manner at the assigned areas, including poolside and cabanas.
